Carl & Melanie Bromley are serving in Australia following many years of missionary ministry in New Zealand. Rowland Road Baptist Church now has the privilege of serving as their sending church as they continue seeking the Lord's direction and establishing this next season of ministry.

May–July 2026 Ministry Update:
At the end of July, Bro. Carl sent the Bromleys' first Australian mission report — and their first report since being sent out by RRBC. The report covers the previous three months of transition and ministry updates as Carl & Melanie begin this new season in Australia.

As they settle into Australia, they continue looking to the Lord for direction, provision, and opportunities to serve. RRBC is thankful for the privilege of serving alongside them as their sending church and helping support the missionary work God has called them to.

World-Wide Literature & Missionary Supplies helps churches and missionaries around the world by collecting, storing, and shipping needed materials to the mission field. Since beginning in 1995, the ministry has shipped supplies to missionaries in more than 60 countries on six continents.

WWLMS assists with shipments of Bibles, Christian literature, school and medical supplies, building materials, transportation, household goods, and other items needed by missionaries and churches. They also help missionaries move to and from the mission field.

Current Update — April–June 2026

WWLMS reports that the second quarter of 2026 was a productive one. During April through June, the ministry continued preparing materials and future shipments for missionaries and also participated in the 100th ABA Messenger Meeting in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Please continue praying for Joel Campbell and everyone serving through WWLMS as they prepare shipments, coordinate needed supplies, and help missionaries carry the Gospel around the world.

Their teaching addresses marriage, parenting, finances, personal growth, leadership, career, and other areas of everyday family life. Through retreats, seminars, conferences, and teaching resources, HomeBuilders helps families build strong, Christ-centered homes.

2026 Ministry Update:
HomeBuilders continues ministering to couples and families through retreats and biblical family teaching. Their 2026 Fall Retreat, Against the Current, will be held October 23–25 in Branson, Missouri. This year's theme asks an important question: Culture or Scripture — what is shaping your home?

The retreat is designed to give couples time away for biblical encouragement, practical help, renewed connection, and teaching in areas such as marriage, parenting, family priorities, finances, technology, health, and spiritual life.

Dr. Mark & Sabrina Holmes serve in Nigeria, West Africa, through Fundamental Baptist Missions International. Their ministry includes evangelism, church planting, Bible and ministry training, leadership development, youth outreach, and strengthening local churches. Their work includes Truth Baptist Church, Grace & Glory Baptist Church, Providence Baptist College & Seminary, and S.M.I.T.E. youth ministries.

July 2026 Ministry Update:
The Holmes family returned to the United States in May for their annual furlough and a season of reporting to supporting churches. Before leaving Nigeria, Truth Baptist Church celebrated its 20th anniversary, and Grace & Glory Baptist Church celebrated its 11th anniversary.

While stateside, Bro. Holmes has continued preaching and sharing updates about the ministry in Nigeria. He has also been asked to help direct Louisiana's Summer Missionary Institute for Training and Evangelism (S.M.I.T.E.), building on the Holmes family's years of experience helping establish S.M.I.T.E. camps across Africa. Their prayer is that this ministry will continue raising up young people with a heart for evangelism and missions both in America and Africa.

Edwin Jardinel continues serving through preaching, discipleship, Bible training, and church outreach in the Philippines. In his July 2026 report, Edwin shared continued ministry in Cavite, preparation for the Landmark Baptist Institute graduation, Bible teaching and church seminars, and encouraging opportunities with new families seeking biblical instruction. One family began studying with the church and, following a series of teaching and discussion, several members chose to follow the Lord in Scriptural baptism.

Please pray for Edwin and his wife as they continue training students and church leaders, for families being reached through Bible study and discipleship, for the churches and outreaches they serve, and for safety and strength during the Philippines’ rainy and storm season.

Remembering Bro. Gary Max | Continuing to Pray for Charlene

For more than four decades, Gary and Charlene Max faithfully served the Lord in New Zealand. Gary spent approximately 30 years serving as missionary and pastor of Lighthouse Baptist Church in the Dunedin/Green Island area, where people came to know Christ, were baptized, and became part of the local church through their ministry.

Because of declining health, Gary stepped away from the pastorate in late 2025. Gary and Charlene then moved to Feilding, New Zealand, to live near their daughter Tracy and son-in-law John and rejoined the church connected to their earliest years of ministry in New Zealand.

On June 26, 2026, Gary unexpectedly went home to be with the Lord.

We are deeply grateful for Gary’s many years of faithful service and for the ministry Gary and Charlene shared together. Please continue praying for Charlene and their family during this season of loss and transition.

Caleb Turk and his family are missionaries to Indonesia. They are currently traveling on deputation, visiting churches, sharing the burden God has placed on their hearts for Indonesia, and preparing for their future ministry on the field.

July 2026 Ministry Update:
The Turk family continues a busy season of deputation as they travel from church to church across the country. Much of their summer has been spent moving between churches and temporary lodging while presenting the ministry, building relationships with supporting churches, and preparing for the work ahead in Indonesia.

Through the constant travel and changing schedules, they have repeatedly seen God's provision and protection. Caleb has expressed gratitude for the churches and families who have opened their homes, provided places to stay, fed their family, encouraged them, and partnered with them in prayer and support. They continue moving forward with the goal of reaching Indonesia with the Gospel.

Please pray for:

• Safety and strength for the Turk family as they continue traveling on deputation.
• God's provision as they prepare financially and practically for the move to Indonesia.

Louis & Cheryle Turk serve in Southeast Asia with a ministry focused on Bible translation, Scripture publication and distribution, teaching, discipleship, and helping make the Word of God available to Indonesian-speaking people. Their sending church is Maranatha Baptist Church in Bethany, Oklahoma.

August 2026 Ministry Update:
In their August 6 mission report, Bro. Louis shared an encouraging development in the way their ministry is carrying out its work and thanked supporting churches for making the ministry possible through faithful prayer and support. Their continuing work is centered on putting Scripture into the hands of people and strengthening Gospel ministry in Indonesia and the surrounding region.

Bro. Louis also shared a special personal prayer request concerning his hearing. Although he is otherwise in good health, hearing loss continues to be a significant difficulty for him.

Danny & Janice White serve in Vanuatu and the South Pacific, working through local churches to share the Gospel, disciple believers, strengthen congregations, and support ministry among island communities. Their sponsoring church is Westwood Missionary Baptist Church in Winter Haven, Florida.

August 2026 Ministry Update:
The Whites continue serving and encouraging churches in Vanuatu. Recent ministry has included time in the Port Vila area and at Faith Baptist Church in Rentabao, where the congregation continues to grow and families are being reached and strengthened.

Bro. Danny has also been working toward returning to Tanna, where they have longstanding ministry relationships and where church and community needs remain. Their ministry vehicle required repairs and registration before it could return to service there. Please continue praying for the churches and believers at Imanaka, Rentabao, Cocoricco, and throughout the areas where the Whites have served.

During July, Sis. Janice and their daughter Angelene also had the opportunity to serve with a medical mission team in Albania. In August, Danny & Janice traveled from Australia to the United States as Angelene returned to Pensacola Christian College for her sophomore year. They also hope to visit supporting churches while they are stateside.
