JOHN YATES, PASTOR
Thousands of Christians in 100's of Churches world-wide listen weekly to the life changing teachings of our pastor. John has authored 23 books, including commentaries on every book of the Bible. A graduate of ULM and Liberty University as well as a Monroe native who has been a part of our pastoral staff since 1985. He and his wife Linda, leader of Just4Kidz, have three children, Christy, McKayla and Jonathan.

Will joined our staff here at The Road as our Associate Pastor of Education and also as the Vice President of Faith Bible Institute (FBI) in 2019. He along with his wife, Holly, became members at The Road that same year.

Kerry has served in church ministry since graduating from Bible College in 1986. He and his wife, Lisa, have been members here at The Road for several years now, where Kerry serves as the Worship Leader and College Pastor at the Thrive Campus on ULM.
Lanell morgan
CHILDREN'S DIRECTOR
Nell has been VBS Director for a number of years. She works at Faith Bible Institute (FBI) as Assistant to the Registrar. Nell was instrumental as a co-leader in the pilot Women's Life Group. She has been on staff as Children's Director since January 2021.

Denise Granger
OFFICE MANAGER
Denise started attending The Road in 2004 and became a member shortly afterwards that same year. Denise has been involved in several areas of ministry within the church in her time here. She met her husband Jon here as well, and was married in 2009. They have a blended family of three children; Shelby, Carter and Thomas.

Ted davidson
FACILITIES MANAGER
Ted and his wife Kay have been members of The Road since 1991. He has been the Facilities Manager since 2014.
